I'd like to thank Chris Garrett, General Sales Manager of Step One Automotives' Dodge Dealership in Crestview. Last August I bought a Ram pickup truck. Between my Accountant and me, we lost the paperwork. I contacted the dealership stating my problem and Chris took charge and got the needed purchase order. We hear how no one wants to take responsibility for anything and unfortunately, it's true. However, Chris stepped up and earned my appreciation for making it happen. Thanks Chris for looking out for your customer even after the sale was done!

I Just went in Today looking to buy a Car, I went in getting the most amazing service and car I’ve ever gotten at a Car Dealership! Everyone was nice and caring and Understanding! I Got my Dream car for an amazing price! I worked With Johnathan Womack He Got me in and out in No time! Super Friendly and I didnt feel like he cared only about making a sale he actually cared about what I needed and wanted and what fit my budget! 10/10 would absolutely shop with them Again!
Just purchased a new Ram Truck and was really very pleased with this Dealership. We had a great salesman when we ordered our new truck but, the very best salesman was the one who finished the deal. Chris H. Is one of the best in this field. His knowledge of trucks and sales experience helped a lot. The finance guy was very helpful as well. If ever I need to trade again I will return to this dealership and ask for Chris H.

Everyone was very nice and they took care of my truck relatively quickly. The only reason for the 4-star rating was poor communications. Had to call to find out my truck would be kept overnight and had to call next day to get another update. For the work done, I would say the price was reasonable. Dillon and the Service Manager, Rebecca, I think is her name, were helpful and friendly.
